Interpreter Service Terms of Use
1. Service Usage
The interpreter service is provided based on a request submitted by the customer and confirmed by COOPRO.
All requests and related agreements must be made through COOPRO’s platform.
2. Confidentiality
Both the customer and COOPRO agree to use information obtained during the service solely for fulfilling the service.
No information shall be disclosed or leaked to third parties without prior written consent.
3. Payment Terms
Customers must pay the service fee by the end of the month following the service date using the specified payment method.
A late payment fee of 14.6% per annum will be applied to overdue payments.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply based on the time remaining until the scheduled service date:
- 120 hours or more in advance: Free
- 72 to 120 hours in advance: 30% of the service fee
- 48 to 72 hours in advance: 50% of the service fee
- 24 to 48 hours in advance: 70% of the service fee
- Less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the service fee
Cancellations are finalized upon notification to COOPRO and receipt of confirmation.
5. Liability
COOPRO is not liable for any damages caused by service delays or cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances.
Any disputes or damages caused by a breach of these terms by either party shall be resolved with appropriate compensation by the responsible party.
